The cheese selection often includes cheddar, swiss, brie, and gouda, offering a mix of creamy, sharp, and mild cheeses to complement the meats. Accompaniments on a charcuterie board may include crackers, baguette slices, grapes, strawberries, olives, nuts (such as almonds or walnuts).
